Connecticut based Consolidated Entertainment Group Inc. and Denver based CenterLane Attractions LTD formed a strategic partnership to provide entertainment event booking and other revenue support services to venues nationwide. ESS principles Jim Baker and Gary Lane have over 50 years combined experience in the live entertainment industry. Since 1983 CEG has booked and produced concerts and other live events for a diverse list of clients in the US and Canada including arenas, theaters, festivals, private & corporate dates. Jim has won three College Promoter of the Year awards, and was nominated in Polllstar for Talent Buyer of the Year.
CLA provides programming, and consulting services to venues, and also represents a diverse array of clients from theatrical shows, USOC National Governing Bodies of Sports, and family shows to motor sports events. In addition, Gary was the Director of Theatres and Arenas for the city of Denver from 1990-98, responsible for the management and operation of eight separate sports and entertainment facilities. In this capacity, he was twice nominated as Pollstar Magazine Facility Manager of the Year, and won five Venue of the year awards. Gary was instrumental in helping the NHL return to Denver, and the Colorado Avalanche won the City’s first major sports championship in 1996.
ESS provides a wide variety of revenue support services to supplement the existing management of any facility and provides consulting services related to all facets of the revenue side of their balance sheet, starting with adding new events. ESS maintains relationships in the entertainment industry to be productive for all of its clients.
